Groups:

(Coach, Seniors, Red Hat Ladies, Assisted Living, Schools, etc) come for an informative cruise on the lower Connecticut River. Our 90 minute narrated cruise follows the same format as our Daytime Gillette's Castle Viewing Cruise (click on Daytime Cruises to see cruise description).

RiverQuest is handicap accessible. We can accommodate smaller wheelchairs and walkers. 

RiverQuest can accommodate as many as 60 passengers, a minimum of 30 passengers is required to qualify for our group rate. We will comp the group leader and the bus driver. 

Rates:

90 minute cruise: Over 30 passengers: $15pp.                                     (Under 30: $20pp.**)

60 minute cruise: Over 30 passengers: $12pp.                                     (Under 30: $15pp.)

If your group is large enough (25 person minimum) we can arrange a special 60 minute or 90 minute cruise time for you. Or, smaller groups, come on our already scheduled 90 minute Daytime Gillette Castle Viewing Cruise.

**Special:

 For seniors over 60 and smaller assisted living groups coming on our already scheduled Wednesday and Thursday 11:30am Daytime Gillette Castle Viewing Cruise the price will be $18 per person, departs around lunchtime, so your residents can bring their lunch on board if they want. 

There is PLENTYof FREE parking available at Eagle Landing State Park. Buses welcome!

Food/Beverage:

You may bring your own snacks and/or beverage if you'd like or we can arrange to pick up a fresh boxed lunch from our local deli for approximately $10pp.

There is plenty to do in the quaint Haddam/East Haddam area. This area is full of charm. 

We can help you plan your day:

• Bring your own lunch or order and pick up a box lunch from our local deli.  
• A visit to Gillette Castle located a mere 4.5 miles away. On your drive to the castle, you will experience beautiful, scenic back roads. 
• A behind the scene tour of the Goodpseed Opera House.

• A play at the Ivoryton Playhouse.
• A visit to the Nathan Hall Schoolhouse.
• Some time in the quaint town of Essex, an approximately 15 minute drive.

Come aboard before your fantastic show. For Wednesday and Thursday matinees, we can offer a 60 minute or 90 minute relaxing, informative river cruise before the show. We are docked directly across the river from the opera house at Eagle Landing State Park, a less than five minure drive.There is PLENTY of bus friendly parking available with easy unloading/loading of passengers.  

Sunset/Evening Cruises are also available for smaller groups. The price for this cruise is $25pp.

Special Adventures:

RiverQuest can cruise in shallow areas where other vessels can not. She can navigate creeks and she can also be beached to allow passengers to disembark for hikes and adventures on some local islands.
